With a passion for real estate, investment properties, vacation rentals, and property management. Over the years, her experience has given her a practical understanding of what it means to not only buy and sell property, but also to own, manage, improve, and invest in it.Terri co-owns El Logrado Property Group with her husband, Natolio. Married since 1999, they have built their life around family, hard work, agriculture, and investing. They have two children and four grandchildren and share a love of traveling and creating memorable experiences for their guests.Their agricultural background brings another valuable perspective to the business. Natolio has spent his entire life in farming, while Terri has been involved in farming since 2013 and has a lifelong love of horses. Together, their firsthand experience gives them an understanding of land, agricultural properties, farming operations, and the regulations and considerations that can come with rural property ownership.Whether you're looking for a home, land, an investment opportunity, a vacation rental, or help managing a property, El Logrado Property Group brings together real-world experience and a genuine desire to help.For Terri and Natolio, real estate isn't just about where you live.
